The Junior League of Tyler, Inc. Announces 2nd Annual Restaurant Week
Savor the date! The Junior League of Tyler, Inc. is delighted to announce their 2nd Annual Rose City Restaurant Week, April 18-21. This annual event, benefitting the charitable projects of The Junior League of Tyler, will showcase a variety of local eateries who will put their best foot forward with special Rose City Restaurant Week offerings. Visiting old favorites or venturing to new locales, diners will not only enjoy a truly unique dining experience but also delight in knowing they are supporting their community.
Rose City Restaurant Week is the fresh spring event in conjunction with The Junior League of Tyler’s premier fundraiser, Mistletoe & Magic. This year’s Mistletoe & Magic theme, “Making Spirits Bright,” pays homage to The Junior League of Tyler’s mission of serving the Smith County community, as 2017 Mistletoe Chair Melissa Peveto- highlighted, saying, “Through this year’s theme, we are focusing on what makes The Junior League of Tyler unique, our service to the many agencies we support and the impact we can make on others around us-We invite our community to savor this opportunity to eat local and give back over a great meal or two with friends and family during Rose City Restaurant Week!”
For more than 65 years, The Junior League of Tyler has provided support to numerous community agencies through financial assistance and the help of dedicated volunteers. The funds raised by Rose City Restaurant Week and all Mistletoe & Magic events will benefit these agencies in their missions of bettering the community we share. It’s never too early to make spirits bright when you eat local, shop local, and give local!
